Wheeler Block 13 Office
The Wheeler Block 13 Office is a three-story, 28,000 SF steel structure with arched steel roof trusses. This building is located in the heart of the Wheeler District in Oklahoma City, and designed by ALLFORD HALL MONAGHAN MORRIS Architects. This building won the 2021 AIA Oklahoma Design Excellence Award - Large Commercial Architecture. One of the unique challenges is that the metal studs provided lateral support for the decorative concrete frames and walls along the exterior of the first floor.
