First United Bank in Moore
The First United Bank is a 40,000 SF Heavy Timber / CLT structure located in Moore, OK. Gensler, the architect of record, uses cold formed steel framing for the exterior walls in a way that compliments the exposed wood framing and further solidifying that these two materials integrate beautifully. ELTA Design provided engineering design for all of the exterior metal framing. This $25 Million structure opened its doors to the community in March 2023. Photos are courtesy of the GC, Lippert Bros.
